Heather Edelblute
Client Support Specialist

Heather gets all of MB Capital Solutions client information into their appropriate systems; whether they meet at a networking event or through a referral partner, it goes into the systems accordingly. Heather also schedules calls with clients to speak to the advisors. She makes sure the client has a productive conversation with the advisor by prepping them as far as what to expect, the overall process, and answer any additional questions they may have.

Heather enjoys talking to the clients and making sure they have everything they need and feel comfortable working with MB Capital Solutions. She also takes pride in making sure the advisors calendars are filled and that they are ready for their upcoming calls with clients.

On a personal level, Heather is expecting her first child, which is due in December. She loves doing artwork and going on road trips for concerts or just to go out of town and on an adventure. Heather is a little spunky and brings the team some comedy when she can.

Emily Felix
Client Support Specialist

Emily schedules calls with clients to speak with the MB Capital Solutions advisors. She preps the client for the call by answering any questions they may have and letting them know what to expect. She also ensures the advisors have all they need to have a successful call with the clients by prepping their personal client file with all of the information needed.

Emily takes pride in a job well done. She enjoys communicating with the clients and strives to spark a little laughter in each of her calls. She also enjoys the satisfaction of knowing she’s helping not only the clients but the advisors as well. A well-scheduled full calendar for the advisors is what she considers an accomplishment.

LaShawnda Adegbile
Data Entry Specialist
LaShawnda Adegbile is one of the newest members of the team and brings with her 20 plus years’ experience in data entry & administrative skills. She worked in the mortgage industry for several years to help clients work towards homeownership. She holds a BA in Psychology and an MA in Human Services. Her current job duties with MB Capital Solutions include updating records as needed in Excel & Word and importing/exporting vital information across the board. LaShawnda resides in Keller, Texas with her husband and five children, ages 2 to 19 years old. LaShawnda is the worship leader at her local church and she enjoys singing, dancing, reading a good book, rainy days, and laughing. She and her husband desire to one day start a non-profit organization of their own to help others.
Cassandra Looper
Cassandra Looper brings over 20 years of customer service experience to the MB Capital Solutions team. Working in unsecured lending services for seven (7) years, she has become the processing queen. Interested in being a Referral Partner for MB Capital, Cassandra is the one to talk to. As the liaison, she can help guide you through the process and make it both valuable for you and your clients. Cassandra was born and raised in Northwest Arkansas but has lived in Lamar, Colorado, for the past six (6) years. She is the mother of two teenage girls and two teenage boy dogs. After a long work week, she enjoys some karaoke and hanging out with her furry children. Cassandra can make a mean dish as well with her love for cooking.
Eric Mauz
Owner – Funding Strategist


Eric Mauz graduated from Drexel University in 2003 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Electrical Engineering. Eric began his career managing capital projects as a Project Engineer for DuPont. In 2009, Eric founded MB Capital Solutions where he works with individuals, business owners and real estate investors who are looking to gain access to capital for business opportunities or to have working capital. As a funding strategist, Eric uses his background and expertise to help his clients succeed in a complicated financial world, saving them both time and money. Eric is also an active real estate investor in the South Jersey community with 17+ years of experience and has a unique skill set to help position clients for optimal success.
Nick DiFederico
Lead Funding Strategist
Nick DiFederico began his entrepreneurial career in 2004 when he opened his own mortgage brokerage. In 2007, Nick founded his jewelry wholesaling business where he quickly became one of the premier buyers of precious metals in the tri-state area. In 2010, as a small business owner, Nick began working with MB Capital Solutions. The coaching and advising that he received made such an impact on him that he decided to join MB Capital Solutions as the Lead Funding Strategist. Nick uses his experience to help his clients understand the importance of credit and capital positioning so that they can continue to have long-term success.
Chris Teti
Funding Strategist
Chris Teti started his professional career in a variety of retail locations. His drive, attention to detail, and strong personal skills allowed him to quickly be promoted into management. After managing retail stores large and small, he turned his attention to technology, where he worked as a core systems developer in the casino gaming industry. Just as in retail, Chris was once again quickly promoted, this time to Director of Software Development, where he was responsible for managing a team of developers and engineers. Due to his strong communication skills, he went on to work directly with clients, utilizing his ability to understand their unique needs and guiding them from the very first interaction, through project completion, and beyond. Throughout that time, real estate was always in the back of his mind. Finally in 2015, Chris embarked on a new journey, one that would forever change his life. First a real estate investor, then a real estate agent, he ultimately became an Advisor for MB Capital Solutions. He has the privilege every day to talk to great people, to understand their goals, and to help them achieve those goals. When not helping people pursue their dreams, he spends his time relaxing, watching sports, reading, and hanging out with his son Aidan and his wife Laura.
Emmy Greene
Emmy Greene graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Master’s degree. Emmy initially began her career as a counselor, but quickly realized she enjoyed growing in the corporate & business world through expansion, operations, real estate procurement, and business development. Emmy has dedicated the past 10 years of her career to helping people succeed & reach their personal goals in life. As a funding strategist, she believes there is no better way to use her background and expertise to help position her clients to hit all of their funding, small business, and real estate goals! Emmy takes pride in connecting with clients to help them reach success, no matter the obstacle!
