Eric Mauz graduated from Drexel University in 2003 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Electrical Engineering.
Eric began his career managing capital projects as a Project Engineer for DuPont. In 2009, Eric founded MB Capital Solutions where he works with individuals, business owners and real estate investors who are looking to gain access to capital for business opportunities or to have working capital.
As a funding strategist, Eric uses his background and expertise to help his clients succeed in a complicated financial world, saving them both time and money. Eric is also an active real estate investor in the South Jersey community with 20+ years of experience and has a unique skill set to help position clients for optimal success.

Nick DiFederico began his entrepreneurial career in 2004 when he opened his own mortgage brokerage.
In 2007, Nick founded his jewelry wholesaling business where he quickly became one of the premier buyers of precious metals in the tri-state area. In 2010, as a small business owner, Nick began working with MB Capital Solutions. The coaching and advising that he received made such an impact on him that he decided to join MB Capital Solutions as the Lead Funding Strategist.
Nick uses his experience to help his clients understand the importance of credit and capital positioning so that they can continue to have long-term success.
Nikki Barratt

Nikki Barratt started her career in a variety of sales and marketing positions before turning her eyes to Real Estate management.
She holds a degree in Business Administration & Marketing, and in her downtime enjoys spending time with her husband of 20 years and her two daughters aged 18 & 15. Nikki loves reading, bad dad jokes, and has a vast reservoir of semi-useless knowledge. She believes music is what feelings sound like and loves animals of all kinds. A Philly sports nut to the core, when not watching or attending sporting events, you might find her at music festivals or concerts, hiking, or supporting her daughters’ sports and music ventures.

Mike D'Angelo

Michael D’Angelo’s professional journey showcases a diverse range of experiences and expertise. Graduating from Rutgers University, he initially pursued a career as an economics teacher before venturing into the realm of mortgages and hard money in 2017.
His career trajectory has seen him evolve into various roles, including being a partner/owner in a title company, actively lending hard money for investor deals, and serving as a Credit Analyst with MB Capital Solutions. This multifaceted background not only demonstrates his adaptability but also underscores his deep understanding of the investor market.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Michael is passionate about hockey, cherishes family time, and has a keen interest in continuous learning. His commitment to client satisfaction and his comprehensive grasp of the intricacies of the investor market position him as an invaluable partner for those seeking to navigate complex deals and investments.
Heather Edelblute

Heather gets all of MB Capital Solutions’ client information into the appropriate systems; whether they meet at a networking event or through a referral partner, it goes into our process and database accordingly.
Heather also schedules calls with clients to speak to the advisors. She ensures the client has a productive conversation with the advisor by prepping them on what to expect and the overall process and answering any additional questions they may have. Heather enjoys talking to the clients and making sure they have everything they need and feel comfortable working with MB Capital Solutions. She also takes pride in ensuring the advisors’ calendars are filled and ready for their upcoming client calls.
On a personal level, she loves doing artwork and going on road trips for concerts or just going out of town and on an adventure. Heather is a little spunky and brings the team some comedy when she can. She has a two-year-old and another on the way who keeps her on her toes and busy when she is not working.
Erika Jumalon

Erika has over 10 years of experience as a Virtual Administrative Assistant where she handles general office tasks and administrative duties, such as directing communications within and outside the company, setting up appointments, entering data and many more.
She joined MB Capital Solutions Front End Department as its Data Entry Specialist. Her role involves evaluating client’s credit bureau reports and preparing these for advisor’s client meetings.

Vely Gutierrez, originally from Venezuela, has called the United States home since 2015, embracing the cultural diversity that defines this vibrant nation. Fluent in both Spanish and English, Vely prides herself on connecting with clients on a profound level, ensuring clear communication and understanding every step of the way.
With a journey in the real estate world that began four years ago, Vely cultivated a deep understanding of market dynamics and honed her skills as a realtor. Stepping into the realm of finance was a natural progression for her, leveraging her expertise to empower clients to achieve their financial objectives.

Cassandra Looper

Cassandra Looper brings over 20 years of customer service experience to the MB Capital Solutions team.
Working in unsecured lending services for ten (10) years, she was known as the processing queen for most of her career, but recently changed her focus back to being an Advisor Assistant to Eric Mauz. This is where she started her career 10 years ago and become his right-hand man in daily activities. Focusing strictly as an AA gives her the ability to work closely with clients and keep them updated and moving forward when Eric is unavailable.
Cassandra was born and raised in Northwest Arkansas but has lived in Lamar, Colorado, for the past nine (9) years. She is the mother of two teenage girls and two teenage boy dogs. After a long work week, she enjoys singing on the Praise and Worship team at church and hanging out with her furry (and non-furry) children. Cassandra can make a mean dish as well with her love for cooking.

Sheryl is one of the newest members to the MB Team. She is a full-blooded Texas gal who loves her daughter, the summer heat, a good volleyball game, and the Dallas Cowboys (WIN, lose, or draw)! She loves to laugh and have a good time.
As an advisor support specialist , she assists clients with her 20 plus years of exceptional customer service skills and helps them connect with others on our team to get them across the finish line in our funding process. She takes pride in her job and looks forward to connecting with clients daily!
